I'm almost certain it isn't possible with out editing the actual dff and stuff. But if you want a cool sniper, just download a weapon pack and only install the sniper. You'l have something better than the one of vice.

I didn't really understand the last half of your sentence but it's the mission with staying low for those radar reasons, and you'l have that weird green thing under the plane and you have to fly to Angel Pine or something to deliver that package. If you go to high, Hydra's will attack you. When you at the country side with those trees it's quite annoying, that's why the sea is easier. But it takes longer.

yeah, upgrade some stuff. I'v got 512 mb ram and a 128 mb graphic card to. But really, that isn't high. I run it on medium settings and it works smooth. Lowering draw distance will improve the game significantly to, try doeing that

You go to the place you installed san andreas, then double click on the folder called models (or at least just open it). And just look and you'l see a file callen gta3.img

yeah, just post the mod downloads. Then I'l look at it.
