You can't, only sa-mp/mta makes you able to do that. And a main.scm mod, I think driver mod supports that.

You always had that? use any mods? is the game legal? did you use a no-cd crack? and noraly I get this after playing 3 hours or something. So try reinstalling if it isn't anything from the list abouve.
