  1. It doesn't need to be a specific one. Could be just two mods ''colliding''. If you accidentally or intentionally installed TWO Emergency Light Mods they could be conflicting... By the way I have a hunch, try going into the police stations and tell me if the game crashes when you approach one of them. I think I might know what mod crashes the game.
  2. I have. It's well rendered but empty, and since it's so big populating will take some time... It's beta though, the guy usually makes car mods and this is more of a side project so god knows then the final version will be out.
  3. Totally forgot about this, oh well: http://www.freshprincecreations.com/ts3vicecity.htm
  4. I remember that. I only had it in SA wile I was running my old Pentium 4. Only happened on single player though.
  5. And you're a spammer that traveled 1 year in the future to deliver us the ''latest'' news in the GTA world.
  6. Aww you remember, thanks. Anyway it's a free country pal. So Rockstar's 3rd excuse for not announcing the next GTA game arrived... well that's umm good I guess.
  7. That's my point (sorta', should have given some details but thanks anyway Spaz you're dismissed). Modders usually give instructions on how to install the mod themselves. FYI: GTA IV can't even run correctly on Windows, let alone an emulator...
  8. I have. It probably works on ultra-crappy PC's which start lagging after you start one fire but on my old PC which could take GTA SA well, just not perfectly, the frame rate still raped itself when there were a lot of fires and smoke effects around. Plus I still had to set the graphics to low, didn't bother me though. Took me a wile to even notice the differences in terms of graphics lol.
  9. Among others if you want complete replacements / addons.
  10. I doubt you can port VC badly... then again GTA SA only ran perfectly after I got the 550 so...
  11. Mmm none that I know of. I think there are a few mods that enhance the graphics settings though, I know Ryosuke made one but I think that one is intended more for increasing the game's quality, not performance. Try it though, who knows. Anyway if you don't find a solution you might just have to disable anti-aliasing or lower the resolution... EDIT: Also try your graphics card driver settings, Nvidia give you the ability to disable or enable certain features for every game. I don't know about ATi though.
  12. I don't get it. And I don't know if you noticed but me and Miles don't speak Russian
  13. Read tutorials they are everywhere.
  14. Well I gave you the long and short.
  15. Well that's different. I thought you wanted us to upload GTA SA somewhere... Hmm so you want the already modded files? Well that's a biggie... I've never heard of dream garage but Enterable Buildings involves modding gta3.img as well (probably to get rid of clipping issues) which is about half the game's size... Modding gta3.img isn't hard. Just get an IMG editor and replace the existing files in gta3.img with the ones provided by the mod.
  16. Why waste the paper. Just roll some weed in it.
  17. Yeah, try GameStop. As for the mods, try Google.
  18. *finding something to say, please stand by*
  19. It's GTA of course they are happy duh.
