I'm not saying GTA IV totally sucks (not on consoles at least), but yeah was overrated and overumm, hyped... and although I didn't wanna really admit it at first, right now, the Saints Row series has a lot more potential. I'm sure R* will come up with something mind blowing for GTA V if it ever comes out, but I'm also sure the effect will be the same as GTA IV: I'll be ''OMGWTFBBQ BEST GAYM EVAR!!111'' at first and ''boohooo :'('' after a few weeks... Just finished Deu sEx: Human Revolution. Great game, but I really hate it that it makes you pick your ending (like IV, only it actually tells you what will happen) and you can't free roam nor replay levels after it's completed I was so hoping to make a huge pile of bodies like in Hitman... I also got Dead Island but it seems to have lost the audio somewhere along the way...

A bit of realism never hurts but GTA IV was over-realistic at times, not talking about the driving, the driving only took the annoyances from realism. Anyway SR2 actually felt more solid than IV for me, it's just that I required a pretty good system when it really wouldn't need it if it was properly optimized. I hope SR3 is better ported, or at least not worse ported than SR2 Anyway that's not the issue, the issue is... umm... can't really find one but I'm sure I'll find something to complain about once it comes out

Yes you simply backup your save files. The lot and sim data is saved there. The game makes an automatic backup now and then, not really sure when though... However I don't think you can put 'em in the final version (or any other version than the one you had when you made the backup) of the neighborhood, since it will be different...
