You don't see the under of the car, or the sides etc. It can't be 3D, look at this from the dictionary... 3D: a movie with images having three dimensional form or appearance. These are the Three dimensions, length, width and height.

3D means a game that looks 3 dimensional, and GTA 2 looks 2 dimensional to me.

I think that they will always have cars that we have never heard of, and the game can easily be outdated, if you know what I mean. Surely the car customisation will be in a lot more detail this time.
