Hmmm. At the moment I'm learning php, though I already know HTML, Actionscript and VB. I tried C++ but the book I got showed you only how to make simple dos programs. Although I've got another one that had free souce code in for graphic editors

Unless their making money from it, it's legal. Also R* have said that it is legal to mod the game unless you are editing the .exe files.
