Why would you want to control the lights? That just seems kind of retarded. NO. No f***ing Driver shit. I don't want driving laws. And signals? Why? So while you're doing 100+ through a residential area on the wrong side of the road while shooting innocent civilians and crashing into cars you can make sure you aren't pulled over for not signalling..... ? Does anyone else notice the irony in that? I also dont want it to turn into to Driver with cops chasing you when your speeding and running red lights.

Engines and lights sound good. Maybe for the controls it could be X and UP for lights and X and Down for engine maybe.

Cats wouldn't be a problem seeing they are fast runners and maybe if you tried to shoot it, As soon as it hears the gun shot it runs, Or runs away from the car if your in a car.

I want to see all new characters in GTA IV. Although it would be interesting if there was some hints to what happened to the old characters. For example, Someone said (cant remember who) that it would be cool to go to the cemetery and see old characters names on the gravestone or something.
