One thing that makes me feel safe is when i put my arms over my chest. I've had it before (While stoned, At first i though to myself im not stoned so why do i have this then i relised). I felt really sick for about 2 minutes through it as well. But now im fine. I guess its one of those things that just happens.

For a collar, I think you're supposed to allow a 2 finger space or something. Maybe 3. Make sure though you got a safety collar so if the cat gets stuck on a tree by the neck it automatically comes off.

Also in another version of that, They spell New Zealand (In the subtitles) as New Zeland! So yeah, Who ever edited that video isnt the brightest tool in the shed either.

I have the exact same problem. I've downloaded a 100% save file (My PS3 was stolen so i lost all my hard work!) and yeah it doesnt work. I'm using EU save file on AU GTA4.

What they're are saying is that ISP's may make it so you can only visit a certain amount of websites. Example, Cable TV. You have packages for Movie channels, Entertainment etc. Thats what they're saying will happen to the Internet.
