Ah, yeah. That'd be the issue. Most mods are easily removed providing you backed up the original files. If you don't have backups, you can always try installing a different vehicle over the same vehicle that is causing your game to lock up. All the best. Keep me posted.

There wasn't an FBI Rancher in GTA3. I loved the Rhino - You've gotta love turning the turret around and shooting it to gain speed, meanwhile hurdling toward innocent drivers and pedestrians. Mwahaha, so much fun.
