It's actually called Gambling Skill. Spending money whether you win or lose in Caligula's and The Four Dragons increses your gambline skill and allows you to play at higher stakes. The Luck Rating goes up when you collect Horseshoes in Las Venturas.

Call me crazy but I've only flown the Hunter once and I'll really have to get those hidden packages that are damn hard to find to fly one more often. Mine is the Sparrow. I never rode more than that and the Maverick around the city.

Just a small topic about which casino in Las Venturas you like more. They both are nearly the same only it seems Caligula's has more slot machines and Caligula's also has more Blackjack stands. The Four Dragons, though catches my attention more with that Triad theme. Caligula's is a little dull to me even though it has more things in it.

You spent the $500,000 you got on The Sicilian Gambit on Rocket Launchers? Bad money management. Anyway, do some missions for the Capital Autos in Harwood, Punk Noodles in Chinatown, and Well Stacked Pizza in Bedford Point. When you finish those missions you'll generate $4,000 at Capital Autos and $2,000 on both Punk Noodles and Well Stacked Pizza a day.
