I think lots of people have gotten 100% on the Xbox version of Vice City and all of them would be saying you unlock a plane on the beach or whatever you said. You don't unlock anything on any version of Vice City 100% along the lines of any extra airplane.

The cops swim part was in VCS but they really didn't do anything but for me it's not realistic that random peds would kill you for a reward, report you, but not kill.

You know, San Andreas Stories could even come before October when GTA IV comes out. Maybe May or June but I can only hope. I doubt, though, that if San Andreas Stories is announced that it would be released after GTA IV.

If no one wants GTA IV to be in the same decade as past GTA games (Vice City/VC Stories 80's, San Andreas/LC Stories 90's, GTA III 2000's), then you might as well want it in the 70s.
