I think it's a combination of the light pouring through the grate, and just plain fuzzy edges... seems logical...

The gang positions are determined by the gang leader. none of them really mean anything, except for the 'Don' positions, right hand man etc. These people own the gang, and lead it.

To be honest, it's inevitable that I'll go out of my way to run someone over within those missions anyway, so, heh. Unless it's kinda in on of the first missions... ? But sometimes, you just gotta go nuts.

It's because both of those features aren't included in IPB... They are modifications... So the 'stock' skin for IPB isn't designed to work with them. However, the custom skin is designed to accomodate for both of the features... Hence the store and gang compatibility. You might still be able to get there with the standard skin by typing the URL, but, that's unnecessary effort.

New game smell pwns new car smell. Meh, probably the first few missions, then go check something out that i noticed in a mission, snap some necks, kick some asses... Push some bodies off high ledges... then, test out just how good the physics are with a good old fashioned round of shin ramming. (Speeding car + pedestrians shins = hours of fun) Oh, and beat someone off their bike and do a burnout on top of them

Seriously, what the hell? You PM me, then ask me a question publicly in the forums... what is up with that? You have to change your sig the same way you got your current one. Through the 'edit signature' option in the control panel for your account. To send money, click the 'store' link at the top of the page, under the banner on the right hand side... then in the window that pops up, choose 'send money', type in my name (exactly: MrLlamaLlama ) and the amount you want to send.

And the only newspaper coverage we get is due to both our hospital and our police force being pretty much the worst in the country. Fucking stupid town. When i got enough money to buy me a flat / house somplace, I'm fucking outta here.
