Rolling starts? OK, (if geared) In 1st, rolling along, push clutch in, put it in 2nd, still rolling. Then dump the clutch, full throttle on the startline (when the race starts) Technique is everything here, you don't wanna hold the clutch in too early, disengages the engine. Can be used as a (much less effective) alternative to breaking, but atleast your crank won't be going round pushing you along. Requesting UO's input. Don't tell me he never raced anyone at the lights in that 'Stang of his... heh

Remember your racing lines.... (coming upto a corner, take the outside, then cut straight across the corner as close to the inside 'apex' as possible, so you don't travel as far... And your braking strategies... (before the corner, accelerate through, yeah?) And slipstreaming One more peice of advice, chew some chewing gum, you'll end up breathing more, and heavier, so yure brain will get more oxygen = higher concentration. No caffeiny energy drinks, you'll get a hit, but eventually, especially in 230 laps, it'll cause you to become tired... Not good. Geared karts? If so, shift down in the event of slow acceleration after a bend. Change as close to the redline as possible (upward), make sure your speed doesn't level off (as long as it at tops!!!) and don't rev too high... And off the line, try to find the clutch biting point beforhand, then you can give it some revs, then just dump the clutch. You'll leave 'em standing.... Don't be scared to shift either.... (but that's only if you have gears) Don't R1 'round corners. (Sky lol) Don't be scared to steer sharp. Jeez, chill out, leave it at leats 24 hours dude. You have to put the save games in My documents> GTA Vice city user files.... It may replace a current save though. I don't know if the version thuing applies to VC aswell, but if the game version is different to the save version, it may not work. Patience is a virtue.

Accidentally...Sure.... Well, it's unlikely that anyone will have a file at that specific point, but you can keep trying... I don't have on personally, just one near the end of LS, and a 100% for testing mods. You could try and post your save, and have someone else try, though it's a longshot. And they'll have to have the same game version as you (either 1 or 2)... Gope i could help man.

You may want to note that, in Portland specifically, a group of thugs can spawn down in a subway station, especially the one in the area closer to chinatown / Red light district. This had me confused for ages. I didn't register that the blips were downwards pointing triangles. Je suis un n00b. I also recall them spawning in the tunnel that connects the Witchita Gardens area with the Escobar international are (near the base of the Elevation bridge). So be aware for places that maty be harder to access than you ay have first thought. ther than this, brilliant guide rashon. Full marks!

I never really and fully saw the appeal of saint's row, really. Sems to me like they just rushed in the stuuf that they thought GTA lacked, with nextgen visuals.I'm ni no place to comment on the storyline (is there one?) But the gameplay seemd alot like i'd played it before.... Wait, that's GTA. There we go. Plus, it annoys me that JT would have been straight on Take2's asses if they had decided that people should be able to take drugs in GTA. That makes me sick. My two cents.
