Please read his whole post.. Ideally yes, but I have no idea how the hell anyone could code that into a gang system. That would be more suited to a Java game rather than a mere php script.
(1)Its not a java game.
(2)It would be hard/impossible to put it into php script

Uhh.. how could they do damage to property? Even if they did, there would need to be a consequence (ex:user getting hurt) from.. crashing into the building?o.0
So really, it would make the war more work than fun.

how unfair is that, so there is no cheat without an add on or disc? its exactly what i dont want in gta games, have cheats that give u things that you cant get in the ganme and would be a cool feature, its ok with flying cars and that, cos if ure not a cheater you wouldnt really want it. but a vehicle only available with a cheat isnt good, or even worse with a disc.
The parts I did understand about that post..
The Fbi truck was taken out of the game, but it was left on the disc. Theres two other vehicles like this, maybe more.

You really can't make people leave topics.. it usually makes them want to come back.Most likely because you guys keep flaming his gang.(I do see he flames you guys too..) These gangs are fake and on a forum. I do understand rivalries and such.. but do you guys really have to flame eachother OUTSIDE the Dungeon?
Flaming outside The Dungeon = Broken rule.
