You surely did something wrong with the handling, and you have to edit the default.ide file, and in some cases, you have to replace some colission files, also make sure that you rebuilt the gta3.img file, sometimes you need to do that more than once.

The PS3 looks so great, powerful and with a lot of features, if Sony can make a console with the same power as the new Xbox and nintendo, forget about them, Sony will pwn them so bad

The PC version of SA will pwn, mods, mp3´s, easier to record stunts, some cheats to make the game funnier, better graphics, etc. And I am sure you wont need the best comp to run it, is one of the things that R* always does.
