I think he can, but it does look pretty shit.... Go into the handling(?) file and try and resize the wheels. Iif your still having trouble try and ask "Urban Outlaw"

Your version is downgraded, as you said. The problem may be that the save game is for the ORIGINAL AND NOT THE DOWNGRADED version of the game. About modding, always make a backup. So IF you go wrong then just put the origional back in. Also if you want, copy your GTA3.IMG file into another folder so if you have to reinstall you just drag it back into the models folder. Hope i helped bud...

Thanks for the support everyone. The race was today (at 4.00pm GMT) We got a 3rd place . (Sky's tip about R1 to handbrake especially helped lol ) Just got back in....1 word: Shattered.
