I want to download a tool so i can create my own map mods.... I know it may be hard but i wanna c what it's like So can someone give me the link to an english/american/australian map mod tool so i can make my own (Also is there one with ingame items, such as mounted wepons like in the Green Island map mod) THX IN ADVANCE ~-RaDi0N-~~~~~~~

I think there should be 2 versions of the game... Or 2 disks in one pack. So one is for modding and one is for playing normally... :_)

Firstly i know for a fact the Andromeda is slightly taller that the AT-400! I tried it too see if u were rite.(spawned then next each other) and the Andromeda is taller!

The biggest plane is the Andomeda But you can't get in it as there is no spawning location.... The only way to get in is if YOU spawn it with a trainer....

BREAKTHROUGH- I have managed to change the name from the "LANDSTALKER" to the "LAND ROVER FREELANDER" but i have stupidely forgotten what i did and now i cant do it again (i used GXTeditor) So can someone just post a guide on how to change the ingame car names instead of just suggesting things plz thx

I can't find any pics but heres how to get to it: Grand Theft Auto III Smiley Face Reference: There is a parking lot on the top southwest corner of Staunton Island. Look for a white staircase in between the parking garage and the parking lot entrances on the southside. Go up the staircase and jump on the short cement railing. Then turn east and jump up on the roof over looking the parking lot (Liberty Tree Building) and run across the roof to the other side where you will see a courtyard. Jump down into the courtyard and run to the very end of the courtyard to the northwest. Then on a wall at the end of a courtyard has a white picture of a smiley face and says 'Hello Again'. This is the same spot where in Grand Theft Auto III, where a sign says "You aren't supposed to be here." In the PS2 version, it says "You cant get enough of this alley can you?"
