NFSC and The Darkness for PS3, both are amazing.

Sorry I should of explained my situation better, it works occasionally as in like once a week. It took me ages to get to buy it because the page would always encounter network errors but I got it in the end.

If your like me then you will be EXTREMELY hyped about this. I have played all 3 in the series and loved them to bits. The storyline has not only been great and very funny but it has some amazing multiplayer, co-op and challenge modes which makes these games almost impossible to get 100% on (That's a good thing .) This game will supposedely be coming out on next-gen consoles, it seems obvious that it's coming out on PS3 as it was told to a playstation magazine. Xbox 360 seems very likely but the Wii is something else to be considered. It is believed to be a next-gen console of course (I believe it is by far the most next-gen console) but will it be capable of the 360's and PS3's graphics? The controls would have to be very different aswell. Please comment on any of your opinions of the series and what you expect from this game.

You sure? It asked me yesterday and today but I haven't had the time, I wonder whats it do though? I think it's V 2.9.2 or something like that. I downloaded it and it hasn't seemed to do much of a difference, atleast I haven't noticed anything.

First of all, your not a noob. Its perfectly normal to question things. Do you have the video? Posting a link to it would give us a better idea. If I recall right then the computer version doesn't have an automatic aim feature like the consoles in the exception of mouse being it's aimer. They may have installed a mod or be using a PS2 controller which they've fiddled the controls with a bit.

First of all, calm down and please restrain from using slang talk. Have you tried the install disc on different computers? And make sure all the settings are natural in the SA menu. Besides that, thats all I can help you with for the moment. Hope you can get it working.

Bold: It better. Italics: I've heard that DirectX 10 only works on Vista. And just the same, most people probably would've have upgraded to Vista by the time GTA 4 would be ported. Oh, and I'm guessing 1080p isn't that much of a jump from 720p. Then again, I don't even know the maximum resolution of my 52-inch RCA HDTV. However, that's mainly because I don't care about it. I've heard Vista isn't very good, it can't run some of the programs as XP can etc. But lets not get into all that again. Yeh but when you think about, so little games have needed DirectX10 so why should GTAIV need it? There's been games which have some very impressive graphics for the computer and they didn't need DX10. I don't think the system requirements will be that you have to have Vista because for example, I can run C&C3 on my VERY old Sony laptop and it's properties are: -Intel® Celeron® CPU 2.80GHz 2.78GHz, 448MB of RAM, 40GB HD (Sorry it's not organised, I copied it from System Properties.)

I'm sure Blu-Ray will make sense in the future as we'll all need more space for stuff. e.g: Computers use to have like 32kb for it's memory, then it went to 20mb - 40mb (40mb was a HUGE amount of space for computers) and now we have like 80gb - 120gb. I'm sure it will all make sense in the future but for now it's a bit of a pointless jump. I mean 4.7 to 25 gigs? It's pretty stupid... Even though I have a PS3 Anyway back on-topic! I still doubt that it will use DirectX10... And it should be able to run on XP.

I actually am a pretty good pusher though and have some style for being mongo. Atm I only can ollie, kickflip, and heelflip. I'm regular mongo I haven't skated in ages and I'm trying to get back into it. I'm working on my ollies and I might try some boneless later today.

This is the only big thing I have against the 360. I saw a huge article about this in a PS3 mag () and it said that in like 2006 they got around 6 a day (or week I'm not sure). The only way to fix it is if it has it's whole motherboard replaced but you may still have the problem with it when it gets fixed. All consoles have there faults. My PS3 gets pretty hot even when it's in a ventelated place with a fan on it. My Wii has been the best, no problems and by the way they did fix the wrist straps. (I just got Mario 64 for it)

Why? Nobody except for EA and maybe Sony makes games for the PS2 anymore. Nothing against the system, but it's time to upgrade. Just shell out the money for a next-gen console or upgrade your PC and wait until a PC version is announced. Oh, and Midnight Club 3 had much better car modifications than NFS ever did. Oh really? I suggest you get the next NFS that's coming out in a few months, you'll see how good it is. Also I agree With Tec, with new games like this coming out, don't you think they need to be released on newer consoles as well as the Xbox and PS2? I think they do since both 360 and PS3 are advanced next gen consoles. I have to agree with you I prefer NFS over MC, playing Carbon at the moment which is very good. Although I loved MC for PSP until I got sick of the loading times (2 Minutes Average!), the PSP just can't handle it.

Its not really that great, theres only six boards are there not too special its alright if you do it with like 3 other people though...

I was in Portland when it happened by the path which you can see Staunton from (Under the first bridge) and all of the sudden I saw a cop car driving towards the edge of the path which was about to go into the water. It was driving at an average Ped car speed and I thought "Oh well that cop is going in the water", but then it drove of the edge and was like literally just driving in the air! I ran towards the edge where the car had drove off and looked at it just driving in the air and then I couldn't see it anymore (Draw distance limit). Has anything like this ever happened to anyone else?

Personally I hate football games. I mean once you've started and just finished your first match, you know it's going to be like that for the whole entire game. So your just going through the whole entire game just doing football matches. Just go out and play it for real.

I'm going to the UK where my brother lives and he wants to play kit with me and the only other games I have are Wii Sports and Wii Play. TLP doesn't have multiplayer so I got Mario Party 8 instead, it's pretty good.

Noob No because the 360 doesn't have a Blu-Ray drive so R* is just going to make it so it works on both Blu-Ray and DVD disc's. Is the DVD disc going to be a dual layer one?

What the hell I was so pissed when I went to buy my PS3 and found out I had to get a free movie. Its a gaming console I'd rather have a game than a movie when I first buy my console. And it doesn't deliver the movie all around the world. I never got mine in the end. Just put it in the fucking box Sony!
