Red_91
I am really pi**** off the games here are £50 and in the US they are cheaper, Why do they keep ripping us Europeans off. I seriously thought they would be around £30 but I was wrong. What do you guys think of this?
Pandora
They always rip Europeans of. Especially England. It's pathetic. As example. A CPU in America costs 400 USD. Here it will cost 400 EUR. that's 31% more. Vista is even worse. America it's 400 USD. Here 500 EUR. Now that's ripping of.
Chris
Just buy off the Internet then. You should find prices to be at least £10 cheaper. But yes, the high street prices of virtually ANYTHING are too expensive in the UK and we are ripped off. But that's why so many people shop on the Internet nowadays, it's pretty secure, and you can find everything cheaper if you know where to look. MrLlamaLlama
Just buy off the Internet then. You should find prices to be at least £10 cheaper....if you know where to look. Ebay? But yeah, i hate being ripped of by the industry, not only do us brits pay more for hardware/software than the yanks, but we have to wait for it too. Corporations Suck. (Ps. Tried not to take the quote out of context, just for pure comic effect )
Red_91
I know you can buy off the internet but what is the point in making thme so expensive here and cheaper in the US. The European market has always been good for Sony but they keep on screwing with us.
Pandora
If I'd buy something of the internet, I'll have to pay 20% more for the tax, that is if the product is over 150 EUR.
The Bossman
I heard a few of them will be priced at £39.99 by some third-party companies, although they'll more than likely be crap. As Chris said, the net is really the only way to go for decent prices.
Anthony.
Some PS3 games here are only $100 but some are $120. I usually buy my games off ebay anyway.
