GTA F I G H T
On the ps2 why when I'm in a hydra and click circle some thing comes down of the hydra, what is that?
Damjan
It's a bait. When planes shoot at you with rockets, let one go.Some of the rockets will destroy themselves into the bait.
Franswurst
Really? I never knew of this. Do you happen to know the control for the PC? Or is it not in the PC version (the bait, I know the Hydra is there)
MrLlamaLlama
I think right ctrl drops a bait on the PC version, either that, or whatever you have 'secondary fire' bound to.
azn
No doesn't Ctrl fire the missiles? I think it was 2 or something..
MrLlamaLlama
2 is landing gear. RIGHT ctrl does drop a bait, and left does missiles. *checks* Yeah.
laggynoob
I never knew there was a missile. Just the bait
MrLlamaLlama
^ o.O Better still, holding space brings up a lock-on reticule. Hold it down, and when the reticule turns red, it's locked on, and will heat - seek it's way to the target.
Vinny
You can fire missiles on the Ps2 version by hitting L1. R1 locks on to other vehicles.

MicroBullet
arent they called flares? not baits? Yeah There flares, in real jets and some helicopters depending on where they're landing they'll let off flares because if missiles are following them they'll have more chance to get away because the missiles follow the heat.
