Pandora
well, you can. I just don't advise it because youl get stuff far to big or small. just take the default presuming its addapted to you monitor.

Chris
Contrary to Jace's beliefs, I'd advise you to change it from the default. Many defaults are set to a way too low resolution (800x600). You should be using at LEAST 1024x768, however try to use 1280x1024 if your monitor and graphics card supports it. Right click on your desktop and click Properties, click on the Settings tab, you can then drag the slider to your desired resolution. However, I'm not sure you can change it for just your account. I think it's for the whole PC. Gerard or Righty might know though.
Spaz The Great
Well considering it's a Windows preferrence, I THINK it SHOULD be user-varied, right? O.o I use 1024x768. I prefer it, myself((my camera takes photos at the same size. It's easy for me))
chris82
I though resolution was a system-wide setting. Themes and backgrounds and all that are individual, but resolution is system-wide. I hate sharing computers, I just have one account on my PC and it always runs at 1280x1024, it just looks good and you can fit a lot on screen. (Which helps when Photoshoppong/Mapping/etc...) C.O.D
Yeah, same like chris92, my screen resolution right now is 1280x1204, my VGA can take it of course.
