The install exe. It will start to run but then the process stops. Nothing about the install process actually comes up.

I downloaded the zip from the Rockstar website, and extracted the gta2.exe installer file. When I double click to run it, nothing happens. I've heard of a few problems with XP and about patches but surely you couldnt install a patch until the game was installed prior. Anyone else know or could suggest anything?

Is there supposed to be a link where we can view a bigger size one or something? I'm guessing thats from one of the local papers. Maybe there is an identical article of their site?

I took it but I'm getting reduced speeds as my dad is downloading something. Once its finished I might try it again and see what the difference is. I'm supposed to have 256k DL.

I wouldn't think that it'd take 2 years to transfer into Japanese script. Maybe 6 months to completely convert it really. I'm thinking the major delay must have been getting a company to take on the distribution of the game like this in a country that is normally so respectful and where things like the events in GTA rarely happen.

Why so long after all the other counties? I thought they would have had it before or around the same time as Europe and Australia.

Both are pretty good and I usually travel to a from them at my leisure but I like the east island. You can just go for a nice relaxing drive along the beach. Pity there are a few human shaped speed-bumps.

So really I'm saving about $445 from the Vista Home Premium, another $150-$200 for the Office Home and Student (Includes Word, Excel, Powerpoint and OneNote), and then about another $40 bucks for the OneCare. Total saving is about $635-$685. Yeah, I can live with that. I don't always have to install it straight away in any case.

Probably will watch some movies later, perhaps even a bit of the IT crowd.

I think that Batista has been given a bit too much credit for his return. If he had not won the royal rumble before a few years back, then it would maybe have been fitting for him to win and then win at WM. Actually now that I think of that, its quite a bit like Beniot I guess. Either way, Undertaker is awesome but winning the title would lose credibility. It only means that the one and only phenom will eventually have to lose the title.

lol Undertaker. The last past was kinda ominous where . Although its entirely possible, even likely that there has or was some other form of life in the universe we will most likely never encounter any sign of it. A scientist worked out that based on that similar galaxies had similar properties that there was about a hundred billion other planets that may have been able to establish life. By the time we could reach or view them enough the life would be gone, as would our own. We'll just never know.

The only other thing I could suggest would be to check if you can assign a primary and secondary controller. Then just change this setting (it'd be in the control panel) when you switch the games. Otherwise there may be a tool that you could find that can do this.

I guess a welcome back. I guess a month ago isn't really ages but since you haven't really posted I guess it'd seem like longer.

So you have tried unplugging the joystick when not in use and the gamepad still doesn't work? If only the gamepad is plugged in, check the Controller options in the windows control panel. If it works there then check the in-game options. Otherwise check up on Google for that particular game pad and its availability and troubleshooting options.
