make sure frame limiter is set to ON in the options. some people have said with dual core processors it runs weird (i think it was AMD dual core) so go to task manager and then processes then right click gta-vc.exe and click set affinity, and check only 1 box if neither of those fix the problem, try running without the trainer. if it still doesnt work, reinstall.1 point

yeah i found something i can do other than audio and i get the map updates so i can script onto it not cause i want them0 points
