There are a bunch of versions, just pick the one you think suits you. For just home use home premium's fine (what i use) but if you want all -out, go for pro. Buying an OEM version will save you a ton of money aswell.1 point

Depends. If you own the game by any of the ways listed by Gerard (Steam, D2D or DVD), then I guess not. If you don't, then yes, it is illegal.1 point
