Sorry for my multi-post, but here's another progress shot: I found a seemingly suitable place for the hotel, near the All Saints General and a construction site: I still need to tear down the offending buildings, of course, and get the model fixed. The problem is that getting rid of the offending models (or at least moving them) seems to crash the game (it might have to do with binary IPLs or something). I'm still learning how to map, so excuse for being such a clumsy person. Editing the models to patch the holes in the ground might do, too, I guess.

OK, added. I did use your stylesheet, with a few modifications of course. This is to make sure that kids won't end up seeing BS while trying to browse safe.

No Wacom was involved. I did a polygonial lasso of all the necessary regions, and then flood filled them using various blending options, making sure that each colour is on a separate layer. I then slapped a GTASA background on it. Still needs some GTASA-style shading, though, as I find him a little flat-coloured.

How's this for a colouring project?

Me and my mate actually converted it from a Sketchup, although we had to do some corrections to the original. I still suck at 3D you know.

OK, so Narcis_speed6 and I recently collab'd on a map project for SA, based on the Tower of Terror ride in Disneyland and its film spinoff. We now managed to convert it to DFF, although there are some issues such as LODs and missing stuff. OK, so my mates at a Tower of Terror forum and I decided to do a GTA project based on the ride in Disneyland. Right now we got our hands on a freely exploitable (as in, not like those stolen from EA or R*) model of the Hotel, but I'm having trouble getting it right. I've seen and read the tutorials, but all I get is an epic fail crash when I attempted on another model earlier. Here's an image of my progress so far: If anyone has some input on this, let me know. I'll do the work as long as someone sheds some light on this issue. Oh, and Deji, can you share some code for us in case this one becomes a full blown total conversion?
