OK, so I've seen those posts from people who register, log in and ask for a question, usually in a desperate, newbie-ish manner, CAPITALS, (read:smilies) and all, like this exhibit one: Is it me or do we need to impose rules on asking something, like avoiding unnecessarily desperate, all caps behaviour in the forums? Yes; they're called kanji (漢字); they borrowed them from the Chinese (perhaps due to those sea-faring trader guys who occasionally visit Japan) and gave them their own meanings, although there are certain Kanji that are native only to Japan. If you want to use East Asian fonts, you may enable them via the Regional and Language Options in Windows XP. If you're using Vista, then it's already enabled by default.

Try DLL-files.com, if you want to play the game with the ENB mod enabled. But I'm warning you, gameplay will slow down if you don't adjust the settings to a minimum.
