We already have forum fun where posts don't increase. Having a spam forum wouldn't make the place more active. It would make the SPAM forum more active. The rest of the boards would stay the same. To make the place more active you offer something people will like, that also requires forum activity or else it just won't work or it won't have the full effect. Like the Store and Gang System.

Need For Speed? Since when were we talking about NFS? And I could've SWORN that on NFS: UG you could buy parts for the engines. And what about Gran Tourismo? It's WAY more realistic that NFS. IT allows engine customization, and has, since the FIRST GAME for the original Playstation!

Yeah, I'm sorry, but I don't see "hosting the olympics" as good argument for "hosting GTA". Hosting the olympics really has nothing to do with how suitable the country is for a game mainly focused on crime and stealing cars..... Yeah. I have a few "modded" cars in SA. Two in SF. One being SLIGHTLY ricer-ish, the other being my Elegy((<3NissanSkyline)). I keep them in the garage and simply use them for cruising around for no reason. I don't save anymore so I don't care if I total them. I also probably have a few low-riders somewhere. In LS, if I have them. Stingers? The cars?

Yeah, but it also requires skill, not just numbers of people. These numbers of people must have either a tablet or steady hands, full paint, patience, and hours of free time. Besides, it's only worth it if we get into the hall of fame, and it's a good chance we won't. I've seen plenty of really nice stuff NOT in the hall of fame. He means interiors from cut scenes. No, I don't think there is a cheat to allow such a thing. It's possible that you can't actually access them.
