Didn't you pretty much answer this question with THIS question: "-Why did R* not put it on PC?"? Do you think PC and "Laptop" are two differen't platforms? You don't, really. The "mods" you're seeing for the PSP version are simply temporary value changes to make things appear/act different. It's more of cheating than modding, because it's the same thing that cheats do. It probably wasn't as popular for PSP and PS2 as they had planned. A few things: 1. He didn't look like Hilary. Maybe he had some chub, I don't exactly remember, but he was not a FATASS. 2. If he was FATTER in GTA3, he didn't LOSE weight, he GAINED it..... I can't remember. Maybe it's because I'm tired, maybe because of my pain killers, or maybe because we didn't find out. Not sure, really. Same ones that are still in Liberty City three years latter((GTA III)).

I like customization, but I don't want ricers. I would like to customize the engine. And not coffee-can mufflers. I mean the actual engine. Things of REAL importance. Stickers are just stupid for street cars, because usually, they don't even have parts by those brands, they are just trying to look cool or intimidating by having a "race car" look. Also, the spoilers on ricers do nothing, on the street they don't even hit speeds fast enough for those spoilers to do anything. Now the new trend is getting a car with a BUILT ON SPOILER and ADDING ONE ON TOP OF IT. Don't you ricers realise how ugly your cars are? [/rant] I say, put some real muscle cars in there, and give us some good engine modifications. Leave the cosmetic mods to things like color, and maybe basic spoilers((for cars with actual power they actually do something)), and then it would be all cool.

I'm honestly trying to figure out if this topic is actually significant or not..... Wouldn't it be best to make a topic about vehicles in general? Because following your posting habits, I'd assume you'd make another for cars, then planes, the helicopters, etc......

Why would you need all of that in a mini-game inside of a game?

See, I can't stand the people who didn't start playing until the newer ones, and then just automatically compare the older ones to the news ones, and call them shit. And I actually prefer GTA over GTA2 because it had the Lamborghini, and motorcycles. Those were pretty effin' cool. I don't remember "dying easily", but I DO remember driving for about 5 minutes WHILE on fire without blowing up as long as you didn't hit anything else. Thought that was kind of cool. Sprites? Yeah, but GTA also used 3D modeling in it. And yes, free-running IS parkour. Same here. I remember the first time playing GTA2. I loved it. ^.^ My dad would come in the room to watch me run over pedestrians while the screamed "YOU ASSHOLE!" AFTER being killed. He loved that.

I'm SURE Chris will either give you guys your cards when the final version is released, or give you your money back. And no problem on the interest clear-up. I've been here since we ever had the shop. I know how it all works. And how it all SHOULD work. ^.^

Wow, your post made no sense. And GTA III took place in New York. No customized characters besides things you can customize about yourself in real life. Clothing, hair styles, cosmetic stuff. It's easier. US. Mafia themed. Static character.
