lol on the topic of shitty PSU's the one that fked up in our HP (it came with p4 2ghz 256ram mx420 80gb dvdrw, now has 1gb ram and fx5200), it wasnt standard atx size (nor was the case so i had to get a new one) AND ... it was only 200W max!! WTF!

if you dont wanna spend $$ for watercooling, depending on what you have, you can get like .. heatsinks etc. my friend has thermalright ultra 120 extreme for his CPU. however for graphics cards, they either come with heatsink + fan , just fan, some come with just heatsink. but i think changing the heatsink/fan etc on them would be a bit of a pain.

yeah or i'd get a better video card maybe. looks like that'll be your bottleneck. why not get a SATA dvdrw ? or are you just using your old one?
