I made my own skin, and skinned some parts of the APEX PCJ (numberplate etc), but models, ewww I stuff em up so much.

I will give you info on replays. Save the replays. Get a capturing program. FRAPS recommended Make sure your replay is called replay.rep in your Vice City folder in My Docs. Go to the game. Press F3 to play your saved replay. Tape it. View it.

Try turning on frame limiter, if it's off, or vice versa. Fixes some peoples probs.
