It hasn't been confirmed yet. So, shut your yap until they make an announcement about it. R* would be fools to not release their best-selling title on the PC. -
They're probably not going to release it on the PC, although it would be ub3r cool if they did. Both games, $30? Of course. I bought it for like £30, for one game.

Make sure that the save file you downloaded is for your version of the game. Make sure that you put the save file in the correct folder.
