But he needs a big hard drive to store all his movies and games that he downloaded from mininova. Why would you format the entire computer though? I mean, it's only ONE game. You could have JFGI.

instalation: copy the file (johnsonb.ipl) into the vice city directory C:\program files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\data\maps then overwrite the file gta_vc.dat into the folder data with mine.

Try playing the game as an admin (if you aren't already). Could you also tell us exactly what it said? "i dindt ahev the authority to play it" isn't much to go on.
