I had the same problem as well before. Read the wiki (deleted now) and fixed it. Hours of enjoyment after that.

Go on a rampage, kill EVERYONE in sight, keep blasting the cops and the rest is up to you... I found that El Swanko Casa is a good place to hide when the cops are chasing you. You're practically untouchable there.

What console are you playing the game on? Umm... try deleting the install data if you have the PS3 version. Or, try starting a new game and see if it works then.

GTA IV doesn't have a clan feature. Frontier, you could, but you'd have to do that when registering for PSN.

I hate anything that isn't human. There are exceptions for certain animals, but I'm scared of spiders, bees, wasps, insects basically. I'm also scared of the dark, I start screaming if I'm left in a dark place for too long (1 second). I always feel like there's a big spider crawling on my back and I just wanna kill it but it's just my imagination usually. I was most scared of insects / bugs when I was in year 6, 6th grade, whatever you wanna call it. There was this one time when I was just sitting in my chair and there was a BIG SPIDERMAN on the wall so I did what I'd normally do, I screamed and ran to the other side of the room, y'know, cos I'm macho and stuff. And then, everyone laughed at me, especially the girls. So I sat down wherever the spider wasn't.

Spider-Vice, I think I know the answer to your problem. In your SA folder, right-click the gta_sa.exe and go to properties. Click on the compatibility tab, and run the program in compatibility mode for Windows 98 / Windows Me. Sawwy, Mike.
