Yep, scam. I got an eBay one as well, well it was actually from eDay, it said that I had to change my details or something. I knew it was a scam from when I saw it said eDay, instead of eBay, whoever it was, they didn't convince me. Hehe.

So, I only read a few paragraphs. The swimming in VCS wasn't all that great, you had one minute of swimming time, and if you wanted infinite swimming, you had to complete the side missions. But it was fun doing them though. If they were to make another GTA for the PSP, I am sure that it will be better then LCS and VCS, R* learn from their mistakes.

That is awesome, but I don't really think you need 2 Niko's. Just take one away and it will look even better.

You will need to download IMG Tool 2.0, then extract the mod files to somewhere, open up IMG Tool, click on File -> Open, then select the gta3.img, next you should have a big list of files. Click on Edit, Find and type in wuzimu.dff or wuzimu.txd, then click on Commands -> Replace, then find the modded .txd or .dff, if you have .dff on IMG Tool, then you must find the modded wuzimu.dff. After you've replaced both of the files, you're done. Oh, and remember; ALWAYS BACK UP YOUR FILES! A lot of people forget this.
