Um, not a PC gamer? Most of the time I see MrLlamaLlama on Steam playing games, so yea. The MAJORITY of people who buy the game will probably not have 2 keyboards/2 controllers for their PC. It just wouldn't be right on the PC. Rockstar must of left it out for some reason.

It seems like you've not added the texture(txd) file for the cape but only the model(dff) for the cape.

Pretty easily, there wouldn't be any point to it being on the PC version considering how it's been designed.
