There are Vigalante missions. You have to hack into a police cars computer to use the missions. But you wont go through levels. And for taxi missions you have to go to a sertain point on the storyline missions with Roman to achieve taxi missions. You would only use Romans cabs, to do it you have to use your phone go to contacts select roman and go to taxi mission.

I was watching X-Play today an this lady K. Holt was talking about GTA IV, "Pull out a pen and pencil for the ultimate cheat" I will pull the rest up later, I lost the book I put the code in. So here is the ultimate cheat. Go to the tw@ internet cafe and go to the internet address bar and type www.whattheydontwantyoutoknow.com That page is a cheat codes and will show a detailed map telling you to find hiddin things like easter eggs , hidden vehicles , weapons ect. The other cheats are A sports car Another Sports Car A motor Boar And A Police Helicopter. You will have to use your phone to dial the numbers in for the code. (But I will bring them up soon )

The main thing that I hope that will not happen to IV is the controls to the vehicles like in GTA 3, for example they are easy to get extreme damage to. Edit: Here's another one. On the right there is two cabbies and a Idaho. And on the left is a Hunly , Lanstalker , Taxi & a Admiral?
