So I recently learned that the main protagonist in The Ballad Of Gay Tony was Luis Fernando Lopez. A few days ago while going through beating IV again (I just bought it on my PC) there was a man laying on the floor during Packie's bank job mission, who said his name was Luis. Getting a careful look at him, he looked just the same as the Protagonist in Gay Tony. Is this the same character is both stories?
