Or may be in Map Editor you could add a door or anything like that to fill the gap. Something enterable or it will be as CJ had a life sentenced punishment

I dont think there is a full locked Lock-up But in Vice City 2007 after Tommy Vercetti gets " BUSTED " he goes to jail in, not fully locked jail in the opening there is a COP standing So better do the same make a cop stand over there. Wont look wierd. Hope that helps yah..!!

Yeah...!! People even make new cars for GTA3 and VICE CITY. But as he XLr8 said no one makes car for VCM.If u need new wheels in GTA3 or GTA VICE CITY then you gotta have GTA MOD INSTALLER. Its like SAMI ( san andreas mod installer )

Make sure you use tool to edit like Photoshop or ACD editor or anything else and do go and check your edited billboard in-game. Cuz the tattoo in TXD is tottaly black and in-game cool deign so just give a look in-game.Upload and i will be the first to dowload

By the way San Andreas is not like GTA vice city or GTA 3.Its not that easy to change skins.You need tools to do it. Like TXD workshop IMG tool and many more

OPEN TXD WORKSHOP LOOKS SOMTHING LIKE THIS CLICK OPEN IMG ( if you want to replace .img file ) OPEN A IMG FILE ( Rockstargames/gta san andreas/models/) I AM GONNA REPLACE THIS FILE WHICH I DOWNLOADED ( cj_coin_op.txd ) I CHOSE gta_int.img ( thats where the file i will be replacing is ) THEN I TYPE IN THE SEARCH BOX OF TXD WORKSHOP cj_coin_op.txd THEN I CLICK ACTION THEN REPLACE I REPLACE WITH THE ONE I DOWNLOADED HERE YOU ARE---> SAME IN THE GAME YOU CAN DO THE SAME TO REPLACING CLOTHES AND OTHER THINGS IN THE GAME
