The comment "the first time any of the publisher's games have been made available in digital form" doesn't make any sense, because the game has always been available in digital form, on DVD. The two common forms for the transferring of information are Digital and Analog, and San Andreas has never been available in analog form, always in digital form. I think they mean like no need to go through a DVD, just their site>your PC... I think the same. I bought it now and I'll install it in a bit, I'm curious to see the difference in V 3.0 (if theres any), theres none in Vice City besides the installer, downloading Grand Theft Auto III now.

Hey, welcome to the forums. If you like screwing with things and not caring if something screws up (just backup, nothing can screw up then) then you can experiment with the file carcols.dat. This is located in C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\data , just open it up in notepad and have a good time. The file is self explanatory, Rockstar even gave the "color names" for you, so if you need any help just ask, I haven't used the file before but it looks pretty simple. Good luck!
