If you have Xbox Live then I suggest you get it on Xbox. Obviously Microsoft has the advantage here because of the agreement they signed with Rockstar on the new content. Who knows, there could be free content on Xbox Live as well.

First of all, please don't bump within 3 hours... As for your problem, it sounds like you accidentally backed up your new gta3.img. I've done that a few times. Reinstall the game and reinstall the car mods, this time though backup the gta3.img. Install each car mod one at a time. Test one, then test the next, etc.

Before you do that try running the game without any downgrading and cracking.
