Our whole way of living is based on industry that has to meet our expectations and needs so will grow and polute more. It's not that easy stopping it. What you could do is make factory's that don't have a that good filter pay a huge amount of tax so they'll actually be forced to buy and equipt a good filter saving us of alot of co2 and other stuff. Also make eletricity more expensive, so people will use it wiser.

Violent games usually get 16+ unless it contains stuff like sex or is really highly agressive. GTA isn't that agressive..

Multiplayer-Yes In game-NO The voices are one of the things things that make GTA great. Why the hell would you want to talk through it? It wouldn't even change the game. With exeption of gang stuff. Like leading you recruits, then you could say "attack" and those guys will attack some guy you're aiming at. Nice for other games like Mario Party, but GTA.. No.
