InvisionFree is terrible, if you don't want phpBB (although I hear phpBB 3.0 is good) get IPB or something. IPB is expensive, but it's far better then phpBB. Or there are many other free options.

Camera? Believe it or not, but it would be easier on console. If you have a digital camera anyway.

GIF is a very old format, and although it is widely used it's primary purpose is for animations. For transparency I recommend PNG. Although PNG is not supported by IE6, it it still the best to go for.

Nice find, should put it on Pixel2Life.com . Doesn't work on Vista however, so for anyone that tries, don't bother. Vista uses different files.

Usually a few months after the release of the console versions. IN the past, 3+ months after the Xbox release. But since it's being released on both simultaneously it will be a little different.
