I honestly thing allowing anything like that is very stupid. I'm sure there ares other places you can post such things if you feel you just have to, as long as it's not here I don't care. This sites about GTA, and thats it. The internet was not made for anything other then communication and data restoration. And if you ask me, thats the way it should stay at all costs.

It would get locked, removed and the user would be warned and/or banned. As far as I know Chris has said before that it images such as that are not allowed, since this is a family site, it's not clearly noted in the rules that it's not allowed, but it would probably come under pornography. Thats my thought anyway.

Don't follow what Spartan does, it's in your best interest . As for this emulator thing, I have done some research on the matter to see if this can in fact be done, from what I have seen so far it's not possible. Unless you have the tools required for your PSP to extract your game to your MemoryStick. Which I wouldn't recommend, as I don't know myself whether that is in fact legal.
