You shouldn't need one, and I don't believe there is one anyhow. I am running SA v2.0 on my Vista Business install, and it works just fine.

Well Rockstar have re-released San Andreas again, and in the requirements list Vista Home Premium, Business and Ultimate as all being supported. So which version do you have?

You entirely missed the point to why Spartan was banned, it wasn't because he put forward his opinion, it's because he did it in a disrespectful and offensive way. Plus, there were many other things that contributed to his banning, this was the last straw basically. As said ALREADY, if you want to discuss it further, start a topic in the War Zone for it. As for your post, I know what you mean, chances are he was bullied, probably a racism victim. He may have been asking for help for some time, but nobody cared (that doesn't include mental help, I'm talking help to stop the bullying, harassment, racism, etc.). However, taking that into consideration, I think don't believe for one second that going and killing 32 people was a good way to go about it, no matter how hard it gets harming yourself and/or others is not right. I heard he didn't loose a girlfriend, I heard he was after a girl, and she said no to him. I also heard he became a stalker, stalking girls around the school. How could it not be an error? Apart from the fact that GTA 4 and GTA5 are not out (so why GTA 6) and why would it have exactly the same logo as GTA 4? Read the text that says "GTA IV" on top of the logo. Kind of a clue that it means GTA IV. It may be some kind of a joke, overlooked by people not paying attention. OR it might just be a genuine error. No alternatives. Could be a publicity stunt, it certainly got publicity didn't it? How many people are gonna go and buy it now? Millions.

Is that the news ticker your talking about Spaz? If you slow that part down the news is similar to that of the radio stations in past games, it could become a venue for something very similar to this failed idea.

Ensure your have a saved game for the correct version of game you have, if you have version 2.0, get a saved game for version 2.0.

Well yes, but I did some research myself and found this...Counter Strike is the work of both publishers, Valve and Microsoft (to be exact, Microsoft Game Studios, mainly for the Xbox conversion). So why go after Microsoft and not Valve? Well, which is bigger? Which has more to loose? Microsoft. Jack Thompson is only out for one thing, and it's not to stop video games or video game violence, it's to get his name out there. He just wants people to know him, thats obvious, why else take on the big companies then to get in the newspaper or on television, right? So apparently, as the story goes, Cho Seung-Hui enjoyed playing this game, of course that makes it all Microsoft's fault doesn't it? I mean, they made the game. It was rated Teen 13+ and bought by more the likely 250 million + people, and now that one of those 250 million people goes on a massacre it's automatically the cause of the game, and not just the way the person was?
