It certainly sticks me odd that they have changed the URL from gta4 and gtaiv to just IV. There may be a more of a reason for it, and is it just me of does the style/font they have chosen for the IV text seem to have a "English" look and feel? Maybe a pointer to the location?

Actually no, PNG's are very big if they are over 500x500 and/or have transparency. Nope, BETA still works, for 15 days anyway, at which time I will have my copy of it, if they hurry up and send it. Cool, well heres mine, just reinstalled my Vista BETA:

File -> Save As (then pick a more appropriate format)(basic computer knowledge).

Bitmap's (.BMP) are for games and applications, they are NEVER for online sharing or sending. Never would I download a 2.5 megabyte image. Save it to a different format.

I'm afraid I have to agree, the quality is terrible, it lacks originality (the images of people from other games is not a good idea...ever!) and most of all, it really needs to be more smooth. Thanks for the effort, but sorry, it needs more mind rather then tools. Graphics design isn't meant to be easy, it's not about your tools OUR your program, it's about how you use what you have the the time/effort you are willing to put in. Just try that little bit harder. MS Paint can make some amazing things, but you need to be open minded and want to do well.

As a rule of thumb we only delete topics if they are completely useless, duplicated or if we just feel they aren't needed or/and brake rules to a strong degree. Useful topics that last several pages and are the genuine article stay put to be archived, or, are locked. Well thats how I moderator anyway, not sure about everyone else. EDIT: Oh, and I should also point out the "Report" button is there for this very reason. No topic was necessarily needed. Remember that for next time if possible . Thanks.

Can't play it on PC or Xbox, only on PS2 I believe. (May work on Xbox, but I don't believe so).

Get an IMG Editor such as IMGTool (search our database) and add the files you get to the gta3.img file in your games install dir\models.

Try setting read-only to false or off and see how it goes from there.

Modding for the PS2 is illegal in some countries, they just happen to be the biggest countries. In order to keep everything legal I'll lock this topic as I feel it has already crossed the line. @chris82 - Being your a Super Mod, you should have been stopping this in it's tracks, not helping with it. Because it is illegal, and the rules state clearly that anything illegal is not allowed to be discussed.

I use KasperSky myself, rather it over most of the others. Some are worse then the viruses themselves, Norton Anti-Virus for example.
