Like I said, you probably need the NIC drivers, go get them on another computer, use a USB drive or CD to transfer them to the computer that doesn't work, etc...

Sounds like you need to install NIC drivers, try to find them on your computer manufacturer's website.

CS4 uses your graphics card to accelerate rendering just like a video game. Also Windows 7 ≠ Windows Vista. Compared to 7, Vista is absolutely horrible.

See my profile for my hardware. Soon, I'll be replacing that processor with an AMD Phenom II X4 which is compatible. Also, while Vista x64 is nice, you should use Windows 7 instead. Even in beta. It's just as, if not more stable, and is ridiculously faster.

Hot, any update is a good update, better than the fuckers at Saints Row 2 with their absolutely horrible port. Also, you can probably force AA in your graphics card control panel, although with definition turned on at a high resolution, you really don't need more than maybe 2x.

? CS2 is old, obviously CS3 and CS4 are better than it. CS4 is the best version of Photoshop ever made. Similar to how Windows 7 is the best version of Windows ever made.

All CS4 users should download the latest patch, it makes it ridiculously faster. I'd say with this patch, it is really worth upgrading if you have CS3.

I think you need Vista. Windows XP wont work becuase it doesn't have Direct X 10. Not true, XP works fine, but you probably won't get good performance due to that graphics card. Processor also isn't the best for IV.

1. It doesn't matter what speed the SSD is rated at, it will still slow you down. The technology just isn't as developed as regular hard drives. 2. You didn't understand my meaning; SSDs by their current design have a limited number of reads/writes. Therefore, every SSD produced will fail at some point. A regular hard drive, by design, is not guaranteed to fail like a SSD is. A non-defective standard hard drive will outlast any SSD. 3. Get a 10k RPM drive if you're doing that. SSDs are horrible. Also, it probably wont fit as the 2.5'' form factor is designed for laptops, not desktops. Desktop hard drive bays are usually made to fit 3.5'' drives.

No. SSDs suck currently and are only good for ultra-portable laptops a.k.a. Macbook Air a.k.a. overpriced pieces of shit. 1. They are slow as shit...a LOT slower than SATA drives, especially when multitasking. Gaming? Your screen will be skipping constantly. 2. They have a limited number of read/writes--this means EVERY SSD EVER PRODUCED IS GUARANTEED TO FAIL UNTIL ONE IS DESIGNED THAT FIXES THAT PROBLEM 3. They are too expensive. 32GB? For $90? You realize you could get a 1TB drive (that's almost 1,000 Gigabytes after formatting) for not much more?

Yeah well the new bat could be used with the force of nature. Because the FAN has a knockback, you can sort of use it to "double" jump, but the FAN sucks in every other way so I just roll the scattergun, energy drink, and regular bat. That doesn't mean the unlocks don't produce hilarious results, however.
