mmm. I need to rethink this.

I only post when I want to really, or when I want to make a point. However, on another forum I'm on, I have nearly 2000 posts, and I joined there in Jan 07.

@ Bear, it'll probably be Milan or Rome we'll go to, or one of the classic cities. Not the other places like Naples. Not sure which one would be better to go to. The Leaning Tower of Pisa might be interesting, but I don't know the sort of places that Milan has either.

My mum is thinking about booking a holiday in Italy. I'd love to go there. I've been to places like NY, Paris, Barcelona, so Italy would be excellent. Not sure for how long, or when we're going, if ever, but it could be a weekend break. 3 days, or maybe even a week. We haven't even started looking for hotels yet, so it's at least a month away, if not longer.

It's always my e-mails, but seeing as I have 2 accounts, and a Uni account, I check them all at the same time. After that, probably CVG, checking out the latest videogame news, then maybe Twitter, then onto the forums. If I can be bothered. It's usually every 3 or 4 days I log-on.

Yeah. At first I kept getting killed so many times, but after raising the sensitivity, and with a bit of *cough*camping*cough*, I got better. That, and going into a private match on my own and playing through a level, finding hiding places and good positions. You should try that TM, before plowing straight into matches. It really works. If you need help, then I'll play with you for a bit. I'll send you a friend request in about, 15 minutes. It's a little laggy, but I quite like it. The fact that no patches have come out for it though, suggests Rockstar don't care about it. But, it's great for about a 45 minute release.

The pre-season friendlies are beginning to be played now. Man U beat a Malaysia X1 3-2 today, and Michael Owen scored the winner! If he stays fit, he could be a bargain. I think he's on a 2 year, pay-as-you-play deal, which sounds fair for a 29 year old. Also, Stoke have had a rubbish pre-season so far. They've lost to 2 non-league sides, and lost again on Friday, 3-1 to St Pauli. BTW, I made a topic for the new Premier League season here, just to let you know. EDIT: Also. It's now only a few weeks away from the start of the new season. Who are your tips for winning the title, and relegation? Mine are below: Title: 1st. Chelsea. The new manager could work wonders, but will have to prove himself. Phil Scolari didn't last long, despite having won a World Cup. 2nd. Liverpool. If they can turn the draws against sides like Hull and Blackburn into wins, they can definitely win the title. 3rd. Manchester United. A season of transition. The squad isn't strong enough at the moment. Another striker is needed, and maybe another midfielder. 4th. Manchester City. After the signings of Tevez, Adebayor, Barry, etc, it could be a memorable season for Man City. Could even have a chance of winning the title. Relegation: 18th. Sunderland. They only just survived last year, but only because Newcastle didn't win. I don't think they'll be as lucky this time. 19th. Hull City. They started last season superbly, but then dropped like a stone. I think they'll be even worse this season. 20th. Burnley. The odds are completely against Burnley to stay up. Although they have made signings, I think they were lucky to be promoted. Could do a 'Derby County'. I figured a new topic for the new season would work, rather than posting all this in the soccer thread. Hopefully it'll get more attention this way.

I'm so jealous. The mod scene on PS3 was supposed to be groundbreaking, and all we get are a few maps and characters for Unreal Tournament 3.

PLAY.com are good, but they take a while to arrive sometimes. e.g, I ordered season 2 of The Wire about 2 weeks ago, and it took about 8 days to arrive. It used to be about 3 or 4. Am still using them though, I rate them highly. And no, my clan tag I always have in COD4 isn't for my love of their website, it's for PLAY magazine, a UK PS mag. Uncharted is great fun, an excellent exclusive for Sony to have. The story-telling is amazing, and all the characters are hugely likeable, apart from the villains. But even they are good, in a sort of Indiana Jones way. It's really cheap now, especially because it's now Platinum, and 2nd hand copies will be like, £10/$8 or less. It's really worth having. I can't help with the demo thing, sorry. All I can think of is to press triangle on the demo, then maybe you can copy it to the memory stick, or export it to an external device, dunno.

Rockstar won't bother to add anything else, in terms of accessories, weapons, etc. If they do, it'll be for the 2nd part of the DLC secured by Microsoft. No amount of e-mails will have any impact at all, sorry to say.

Mmm, not really. It's impossible to be totally invisible to the feds and such. You have 2 I.P addresses. One of them you can hide, but you need 1 valid I.P to communicate with your ISPs servers, otherwise, you simply won't be able to access any website because all the internet traffic would be blocked. You can hide some stuff from the outside world, but you can't hide anything from the ISPs. Although, they rarely, if ever, bother to search through for any dodgy stuff going on.
