  1. I changed my sig and av, I thought it was too good not to have (whisper it, but theres not mine)
  2. watched Happy Feet yesterday, funny film. Right now (well, about 20 mins ago) I watched an episode of Extras Series 2.
  3. I'm playing Football Manager 2007 on the PC, it FINALLY arrived about 2 days ago
  4. its a f***ing diabolical move by the shittest government in the world, and will more than likely turn 1 or 2 of them gay. They should be sticking to the basics, not messing up 4 year olds minds... As Artur said, they'll learn about this in years to come, not at 4 years old.
  5. Some pretty complex moves there, Slayer, nice work. I wish I could do that, but I'll more than likely end up breaking my collarbone.
  6. Maybe he used one of 3 things: His nose, his tongue, and...
  7. not really a vacation, but, I'm going to Manchester on the 9th and 10th of april (maybe even the 11th as well) to watch Manchester United play A.S Roma in the Champions League Last-16 phase It'll be the second leg I'll watch at Old Trafford, no way am I going to Rome...
  8. No, I think you're wrong. VCS was WAY more enjoyable than LCS, it was set in a better city, had a better storyline, you felt more involved, and you weren't shot at on sight by any gangs nearby. The glitches were few and far between for VCS, IMO, I don't know what the problem is. Anyway, you couldn't even SWIM in LCS, and the rest of your little problems are fairly insignificant.
  9. I'd give it 7.5/10, theres more than enough things to keep you amused like the red balloons, rampages, unique jumps etc, and theres always the age-old method of killing as many people as possible which never gets boring.
  10. It neatly connects the story between Snake Eater as well. I love MGS, I bought it when it came out about 8 or 9 years ago. When I put the disc back in the ps2 and started to play it for the first time in almost 4 years, I still remember every detail in the cut-scenes - how they speak, the music, everything MGS is undoubtedly my favourite in the series, it has the most memories.
  11. I've finished VCS now still, as GTAPlayer said, theres still the matter of balloons, races etc to do. I'm playing Resi Evil 4, and am at the typewriter before I enter the maze.
  12. LOL thats lame as f***. Good news about the games and consoles though, it increases my desire to purchase one a few months down the line.
  13. Had trouble trying to get B/W photocopies of several photos I took, they kept coming out with weird effects, similar to the 'stamp' effect on photoshop... Other than that hiccup, a straight-forward day.
  14. I'm undecided on where to go, it might be somewhere in America, possibly Los Angeles, Miami or Chicago. Then again, it might be a predictable trip to Turkey again.
  15. Been playing Hitman 2 Silent Assassin, just doing one of my favourite missions - temple city ambush.
  16. I DEFINITELY have to get a bigger hard drive. OK, I have about 10GB's of music and 40GB's of film, 50 GB's of programs, and about 25 to 50 GB's of various things including PC Games and several large documents. I might buy a new hard drive in 2-3 months, it's not a problem at the moment, just a small inconvenience.
  17. I finished watching Casino Royale on DVD, still as good as the first time I saw it. Other films I'm halfway through but haven't finished are Inside Man and Leon. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leon_The_Professional http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inside_man
  18. Don't worry, I'm sure people will reply fairly soon. Anyway, I'll look for some, then edit it into this post. from Metal Gear Solid: Naomi: Well, if you come back in one piece, maybe I'll let you do a strip search on me. Solid Snake: I'll hold you to that, doctor. Liquid Snake: So the Snake's finally come out of his hole? Are you ready now... my brother? Solid Snake: Why are you calling me brother? Who the hell are you? Liquid Snake: I'm YOU. I'm your shadow. Solid Snake: What? Liquid Snake: Ask the father that you killed. I'll send you to hell to meet him. Vulcan Raven, Genome Soldier B: Have you ever heard of the Eskimo Olypmics? Solid Snake: Yeah. I'll bet you're a real threat in the muktut eating contest. Vulcan Raven, Genome Soldier B: Yes, but there is another event I excel at. It is called the ear pull. Two contenders pull each others' ears while enduring the harsh cold. It tests physical as well as spiritual strength. Solid Snake: You wanna pull each other's ears? Gray Fox: I'm like you, I have no name. Solid Snake: Who are you? Gray Fox: Neither enemy nor friend. Sniper Wolf: Snake, I'm near. Can't you sense me near you? Solid Snake: It's a mistake for a sniper to reveal her location. Sniper Wolf: Is that right? Well I'm going to send you a love letter, my dear. Do you know what that is? It's a bullet straight from my gun to your heart. Solid Snake: [During the briefing of the mission] I told you. Even if I do owe you, I don't owe anything to this army or this country! Roy Campbell: You will accept this assignment. Solid Snake: Why should I be stupid enough to do that? I'm no patriot. Roy Campbell: Snake, there's enough dirt in your file, from your days as an agent, to keep you in the stockade until you're a very old man. Solid Snake: Oh I see... blackmail. Roy Campbell: No, Snake. I prefer to look at it as helping you come to a decision more easily. Vulcan Raven: [as the ravens begin to eat him alive] Snake, in the natural world, there's no such thing as boundless slaughter; there's always an end to it. But you're different. Solid Snake: [walking away] What are you trying to say? Vulcan Raven: The path you walk on has no end. Each step you take is paved with the corpses of your enemies. Their souls will haunt you forever. You shall have no peace. Hear me, Snake; my spirit will be watching you [snake turns around to find Raven's body gone, completely consumed by the ravens]
  19. I'm playing pro evo 6, trying to win the Serie A with AC Milan on Top Player difficulty (I wanna win each league, and when that happens, I would have won every league and cup except for the games equivalent of the UEFA cup)
  20. I don't feel guilty at all, either. I've switched off lights and turned things off that didn't need to be on, so there. Its the f***ing factories and airplanes that f***ed the world and made it what it is today.
  21. try posting here: http://www.thegtaplace.com/forums/index.php?showforum=6 anyway, my favourite is Vice City, because the music is much better than San Andreas's.
  22. I don't believe you, post a pic of you, and then a pic of you and him together, and then I'll believe you.
  23. LOL at crap topic spelling, anyway, Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol, almost any song from Coldplay, Hoppipola by Sigor Ros, God Moving Over The Face of Water by Moby (Heat ending theme), any song by James Brown (because he's dead and I liked him) and songs from PS1 games I used to play (because I remember the fun times I had with my friends way back). There are others, obviously, but it'll take ages to list them all.
  24. well, today I accidently stole my teachers master key... I was finishing up in the darkroom and thought I'd given everything back, but obviously I didn't, and I'm now staring at the key I shouldn't have...
  25. The driver games are nowhere near as open-ended as GTA, so those Driver fanboys should shut the f*** up, @ ps3 player, I HATE Reni, I don't know what sexuality to class 'it' as. It says 'its' a man, but 'it' both looks and acts like a woman...
