Well I just called my Local Gamecrazy store.(They have countdowns all over place, and wallpapers.) The clerk said, R* and them may make a Launch Party! They are getting everything worked out, and if it happens, I'm going!

There will be mods. I also won't say the PC sucks, since it has some pretty good games and the option to mod. I prefer consoles though.
