I played Both Versions, and I can tell there is no differences. I saw the same pop up issues. As for the Freezing part, that has now been fixed for the PS3.

I passed the game last Sunday, and now its boring. Theres nothing left to do, online is okay but it gets boring after a while. The only thing that kept it fun, was my search for the FBI Charger (Buffalo), I found it yesterday though. I'll be playing COD4 soon, and looking forward for SR2..

I got it today in the Morning, waited for the store to open along with other 5 people. Gamecrazy had a Midnight Launch but I decided not to go. Once they opened the doors I went in and was the first to buy GTA IV. I also played the 360 version and PS3, and they are both the same. No difference.
